Now that Charlie can move, he is making it clear what he wants. This morning as I was drying my hair, he crawled over to me and pulled himself up on my legs. I made a tactical error by reaching down with my free hand so he could steady himself. Once Charlie has a hand in his, he will not let go until he is good and ready. I tried to finish drying my hair one-handed with a nearly one year-old attached to my legs, but I only lasted another minute or so. Once I put the hair dryer down (awkwardly), he had my other hand before I knew it and we were off and walking. "Come on mom, your hair is dry enough. Let's WALK!"
