Pictures on film will always be special to me. No mistaking it, I love my digital camera and all the freedom and instant feedback it provides. However, I rarely ever look at older digital pictures like I do my photo albums. Actually, I have never even printed any of my digital pictures.

This week I had some film developed that I had been putting off for a while. I stopped by Osco on my way to work this morning and picked it up. A few minutes later I am flipping through our last Scotland shots and our trip to D.C. It is like finding money in a coat you haven't worn for a year: an unexpected pleasure.
