I watched the Nefertiti Resurrected special on the Discovery Channel last night. A British Egyptologist thinks she has found the mummy of Nefertiti and the program walks you through all the evidence. Well, it adds some evidence footage to the dramatic actor re-enacted scenes that pound you over the head with "This IS interesting...see?". What they don't realize is that the pictures of the mummy and the collecting of evidence is actually the interesting part. All in all, the documentary footage was really good. The technology used to recreate the face of the mummy was fantastic. And it bore a striking resemblance to the famous bust of Nefertiti.
